BasePoint Rated Structure Fund I L.P. Closing

BasePoint Advisors LLC (“BPA”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, announced the closing of BasePoint Rated Structure Fund I L.P. (“BRS I”), a private credit fund advised by BPA, on July 30, 2026. BRS I completed the closing and sale of its notes to institutional investors.
