BasePoint Private Placement Rated Note Transaction Completion

BasePoint Capital LLC (“BasePoint Capital”), a commercial service provider to separately organized BP Lender subsidiaries and an affiliate of BasePoint Advisors LLC (“BPA”), announced that a BasePoint Capital lending subsidiary completed a private placement rated note transaction in December 2025. The notes received a Baa2 rating from Moody’s.

The Baa2 rating was assigned by Moody’s to a private placement rated note transaction issued by a BasePoint Capital lending subsidiary and does not reflect the creditworthiness of BPA, BasePoint Advisors, or any BPA Fund. The rating does not apply to any BPA Fund, Fund interest, or investor returns, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Ratings may be revised, suspended, or withdrawn.
