Formed in 2009 and headquartered in New York City, BasePoint Group Inc. is the holding company for BasePoint Capital LLC (commercial lending and structured finance) and BasePoint Advisors LLC (investment advisory). BasePoint Advisors became an SEC-registered investment adviser in 2021 and began offering investment advisory services in 2022.
